He holds a Master’s degree in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2024). He earned a Diploma in Business Management from Langara College in Vancouver, Canada (2018). Upon returning to Brazil, he completed his LL.B. in Law (2014–2021) at the same institution where he defended his dissertation. His academic background combines a solid legal foundation with international experience in management and business, enabling him to navigate both the technical aspects of tax law and the practical demands of corporate operations.

He has built his professional trajectory in highly complex environments, gathering experience at leading law firms and in a multinational technology company, always with a focus on indirect taxation, administrative and judicial tax litigation, compliance, and strategic advisory. This background has allowed him to develop a transversal practice, combining precise legal analysis with business-oriented insights in tax projects.

In academia, he is a researcher at the group “Pacto Federativo, Tributação e Financiamento dos Direitos” (CNPQ), where he studies the constitutional limits of taxation and their impact on the financing of social rights. His academic production focuses on digital economy, regulation of virtual assets, compliance, and legal certainty, always in close dialogue with professional practice.

As a lawyer, he practices in tax and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on investment operations and the regulation of emerging markets.
