Description

GPAMulheres promotes an inclusive, safe, and open environment for dialogue, fostering engagement, a sense of belonging, and the development of women at all levels of the organization. The group works to promote female leadership, advance gender equity, and address all forms of discrimination, seeking to generate positive impact both within the corporate environment and in society.

2024

 Women’s Suffrage Day in Brazil

Institutional tribute through a social media publication recognizing the historical importance of the date and the women who led movements and struggles for women’s voting rights in Brazil, reinforcing Goulart Penteado Advogados’ commitment to gender equity, the appreciation of women’s participation, and the preservation of historical memory.

International Women’s Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Goulart Penteado Advogados hosted a lecture by Dr. Kiusam Oliveira, focusing on Black feminism, diversity, and the appreciation of female identity. The event offered meaningful reflections on gender equity, representation, and the role of women in building fairer and more inclusive environments.

The lecture engaged 40 team members, reinforcing GPA’s commitment to dialogue, diversity, and the strengthening of an organizational culture grounded in respect and inclusion.

International Day for Women’s Equality

Celebration of the International Day for Women’s Equality through an institutional social media post, highlighting women’s historical achievements and reaffirming GPA’s commitment to promoting gender equity, respect, and the construction of a fairer and more equal society.

2025

 International Women’s Day

The date was celebrated with a lecture by Rafaela Soares titled “Trans Woman: A Voice in Society and in the World,” fostering reflections on diversity, representation, and inclusion, and reinforcing GPA’s commitment to gender equity and respect for differences.

The law firm also published a social media post and presented a symbolic gift to female team members — a potted succulent — as a gesture of recognition and appreciation for women, who are strong, resilient, and capable of thriving even in the most challenging environments. They adapt, endure, and continue to move forward, even when circumstances seek to limit them.

Maria da Penha Law (Law No. 11,340/2006)

On August 7, the date marking the enactment of the Maria da Penha Law, Goulart Penteado Advogados reinforced its commitment to information, active listening, support, and the promotion of a culture of respect and protection of women’s rights. Through an institutional publication, the initiative highlighted the importance of the legislation as a symbol of resistance, social progress, and the guarantee of rights, reaffirming that combating domestic violence is a collective responsibility.
