Partner in the Civil Litigation area. Graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and specialist in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP. She holds an MBA in Management and Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV / SP. Her work is focused on civil advisory and litigation issues, including legal proceedings and strategic administrative procedures, with a focus on civil, consumer and credit recovery claims.

With over 10 years of experience, she worked at Demarest Advogados coordinating teams and managing large and complex case portfolios, having as clients relevant names in the agricultural, chemical, pharmaceutical, health and research, automotive, e-commerce and retail sectors.

She is the author of several articles published in the main newspapers in the country, as well as co-author of the books Legal Panorama on Consumer Relations in Brazil and 30 years of the Consumer Defense Code: the Evolution of Consumer Relations, both conceived by IBRAC – Instituto Brasileiro Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies, of which he is a member of the Consumer Committee.
