Partner in the Civil Litigation and Real Estate areas. Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Specialist in Civil Procedure at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), his work is focused on civil advisory and litigation matters, including legal proceedings and strategic administrative procedures, with a focus on civil, consumer, credit recovery and real estate.

With over 10 years of experience, he worked at Demarest Advogados coordinating teams and managing large and complex case portfolios, having as clients relevant names in the fuel distribution, telecommunications, retail, elevators, paints sectors, construction, e-commerce and technology.

He is the author of several articles published in the main newspapers in the country and co-author of the book “Comments on the General Data Protection Law in the light of the Consumer Defense Code”, organized by IBRAC – Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies, of which he is a member of the Consumer Committee.

Recognized by “Análise Advocacia 500” as an admired lawyer in the Machinery and Equipment Sector and mentioned in Chambers and Partners (Unpublished) as “proactive and with the ability to understand the business of its clients and learn in detail the characteristics of each company”.
