GPAOrgulho+ promotes awareness, respect, and appreciation of diversity in the workplace, fostering engagement and strengthening healthy relationships among LGBTQIAPN+ team members. Committed to building an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment, the group works to expand understanding, respect, and visibility of different sexual orientations and gender identities, both within and beyond the law firm.

International Trans and Travesti Visibility Day

Workshop “Coming Out Stars” (partnership with Google)

Goulart Penteado Advogados held the workshop “Coming Out Stars” in partnership with Google Brazil, promoting an awareness and learning session on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The initiative focused on fostering dialogue, empathy, and the development of more respectful and inclusive relationships.

The workshop engaged 30 team members, reinforcing GPA’s commitment to diversity, respect for individuals, and the strengthening of an increasingly welcoming organizational culture.

Goulart Penteado Advogados welcomed Antonio Trigueiro, from Google Brazil, to its headquarters to lead the Coming Out Stars workshop — a powerful and inspiring conversation on representation, courage, and inclusion. Participation in the 5th LGBTQIAPN+ Pride Run
