Goulart Penteado Advogados has Mauro Conte, Luciana Goulart Penteado, Bruna Monique Vaccarelli e Victor Hanna as partners.

After more than 20 years at Demarest, 10 of them as partner, Luciana Goulart Penteado opens her own firm. Goulart Penteado Advogados was created to work in Corporate Litigation, with a highly qualified team of professionals who have left Demarest Advogados.

“We are a new firm, but with a structure that knows each other very well. I am very happy with the news, because the long partnership between our professionals, added to our expertise in the area, makes Goulart Penteado Advogados a law firm that is already strong, mature and eager to grow”, says Luciana.

The firm will assist domestic and foreign companies, including major players in various industry segments, such as aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, technology, retail, health, among others, in judicial and/or administrative disputes.

“We are giving Luciana and her team our full support in this new endeavor,” says Paulo Coelho da Rocha, Managing Partner of Demarest. Paulo explains that the move happens as part of Demarest’s current strategic planning, in effect for the three-year period from 2021 to 2023. “Given the relevance of Corporate Litigation and the particularities of its needs and logistical structure, we decided to give independence to the area, which we believe will strengthen its performance, allowing an even more efficient, close and personalized service to clients. We intend to maintain a continuous partnership with Luciana and her new office”, he says.

Luciana Goulart Penteado’s curriculum includes two decades of experience in Civil Litigation, with a specialization in Consumer Law.
